This Privacy Policy explains how EasyKOL, operated by IF Tech S.à r.l. and its applicable affiliates (“EasyKOL,” “IF Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the EasyKOL website, browser extension, and related services.

This Policy applies specifically to EasyKOL. It does not describe unrelated IF Tech products.

1. Information We Handle

2.1 EasyKOL Account Information

When you register, sign in, subscribe, or join a team, we may process:

• Name • Email address • Profile image • Account and user identifiers • Authentication information • Subscription and membership information • Team and organization information • Language and account preferences

If you sign in using Google, we may receive the Google account information you authorize, such as your OpenID identifier, name, email address, and profile image.

2.2 Creator Browsing History

EasyKOL provides a creator browsing history feature.

While you are signed in and the extension is enabled, EasyKOL may automatically identify supported creator profile pages that you visit on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

For each supported creator profile visit, we may process:

• Social platform • Public creator or channel ID • Public username or handle • Date and time of the visit • Your EasyKOL account identifier

This information is transmitted to EasyKOL’s servers so that EasyKOL can associate the creator with your account and help you find creators you previously viewed, continue research, and avoid duplicate outreach.

EasyKOL does not use this feature to build a record of your general browsing activity. Pages that cannot be identified as supported creator profiles are not intentionally added to your creator browsing history.

2.3 Public Creator and Website Information

To provide creator research and analysis features, EasyKOL may process publicly available information displayed on supported websites, including:
